Position Overview
An established financial technology ecosystem within the Gulf region is seeking an accomplished Executive Director – Digital Payments Transformation to spearhead next-generation payment innovation initiatives across regional and international markets. This strategic leadership appointment will oversee enterprise payment modernization, digital transaction ecosystems, AI-enabled financial services, cross-border payment optimization, and customer-centric financial innovation.
The successful executive will collaborate with senior leadership, regulators, technology partners, banking institutions, payment providers, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable financial technology solutions capable of supporting millions of digital transactions while maintaining exceptional operational resilience.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA in Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 12+ years of senior leadership experience within financial technology or digital banking.
- Deep understanding of digital payments architecture.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial and financial management capability.
