The Opportunity
A leading fintech organization is seeking a visionary Executive Director – Digital Finance Risk & Compliance Innovation to strengthen enterprise governance, operational resilience, and strategic risk management across a rapidly expanding financial technology ecosystem.
The successful candidate will lead innovative compliance transformation programmes, establish intelligent governance frameworks, and ensure sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and corporate accountability.
Leadership Responsibilities
Governance & Risk
- Develop enterprise risk and governance strategies.
- Modernize digital compliance frameworks.
- Strengthen financial controls and operational resilience.
- Lead enterprise-wide governance initiatives.
Strategic Leadership
- Advise executive leadership on regulatory and operational risks.
- Develop proactive risk intelligence capabilities.
- Build strategic relationships with regulatory stakeholders.
- Support organizational expansion through effective governance.
Operational Excellence
- Drive automation of compliance processes.
- Enhance enterprise reporting and monitoring capabilities.
- Lead multidisciplinary governance teams.
- Promote a culture of accountability, ethics, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree or professional certification is advantageous.
- Minimum 12 years of senior leadership experience in fintech, banking, financial services, governance, or enterprise risk management.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation initiatives.
