The Remote Executive Director of Digital Finance Architecture will lead the design and strategic oversight of a large-scale fintech technology ecosystem connected to the financial innovation landscape within Saudi Arabia.

This role requires deep expertise in digital banking frameworks, financial API ecosystems, scalable cloud infrastructure, and secure transaction processing platforms.

Core Strategic Mandate

The primary mission of the Executive Director is to establish a high-performance digital banking architecture capable of supporting:

• Open banking platforms

• Digital identity verification systems

The architecture must support high-volume financial transactions while maintaining strong security, regulatory resilience, and operational scalability.

Primary Responsibilities

Enterprise Fintech Architecture Leadership

• Lead the design of next-generation fintech infrastructures supporting digital banking services.

• Establish technology standards for the integration of financial APIs across banking platforms.

• Guide the transition from monolithic banking systems toward modular fintech architectures.

Open Banking Ecosystem Development

• Design financial API gateways enabling integration between banks, fintech providers, and digital platforms.

• Oversee interoperability frameworks allowing secure data exchange across financial institutions.

Cloud-Native Financial Infrastructure

• Implement distributed cloud environments supporting high-availability financial applications.

• Ensure system resilience capable of supporting large transaction volumes.

Security & Financial Data Protection

• Implement multi-layer cybersecurity frameworks protecting digital financial systems.

• Deploy identity verification technologies ensuring secure customer authentication.
