Strategic Role Overview

The Executive Director – Digital Banking Infrastructure & Financial Platform Modernization will be responsible for directing the strategic transformation of banking technology ecosystems supporting financial institutions connected to the UAE fintech landscape.
Operating remotely, the Executive Director will oversee multidisciplinary teams composed of financial systems architects, fintech software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, regulatory compliance experts, and digital banking product strategists.
This role requires deep expertise in financial technology transformation, digital banking architecture, and large-scale fintech infrastructure modernization programs.
Core Strategic Responsibilities
Digital Banking Infrastructure Transformation
Lead large-scale initiatives focused on modernizing financial institutions through the deployment of advanced digital banking platforms capable of supporting:

The objective is to transition traditional banking technology environments into fully digital, highly scalable financial service platforms.
Payment Network Architecture

cross-border payment routing systems

automated settlement and clearing mechanisms
These infrastructures must operate with high transaction throughput, strong cybersecurity safeguards, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Establish governance frameworks that ensure fintech platforms operate in alignment with international financial regulatory requirements through:

Professional Experience Requirements
