Strategic Role Overview
This role is designed for a senior fintech leader to architect and govern the infrastructure layer supporting digital assets, tokenised financial instruments, and programmable finance platforms. With Bahrain as the strategic reference market, the mandate focuses on institutional-grade platform design, operational scalability, and long-term sustainability of advanced digital finance ecosystems.
The position sits at the convergence of financial infrastructure, platform engineering, and emerging financial architectures—requiring both strategic foresight and deep technical fluency.
Core Strategic Responsibilities

Define enterprise-grade architectures for digital asset issuance, transaction processing, custody, and lifecycle management.

Lead the integration of digital asset platforms with traditional financial systems and data infrastructures.

Establish governance, risk, and operational control frameworks for platform-scale digital finance environments.

Design scalability and resilience models supporting high-value, high-volume digital transactions.

Advise on the evolution of programmable finance capabilities and platform extensibility.

Shape long-term strategic roadmaps for tokenised financial ecosystems and institutional adoption.
Executive Profile & Experience

14–20+ years in fintech infrastructure, digital platforms, or advanced financial systems.

Demonstrated leadership in designing complex, regulated financial platforms.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, secure transaction infrastructure, and platform governance.

Ability to articulate complex architectures to executive and institutional stakeholders.
Compensation Structure (International Executive Benchmark)

Base Salary: USD 180,000 – 240,000 per annum.

Annual Performance Incentive: 35%–45% of base salary.

Long-Term Platform Success Incentive: Up to USD 85,000 annually.
