Role Overview

The Remote Executive Director for Advanced Digital Banking Systems & Intelligent Compliance Architecture will lead the full-spectrum modernization of the UAE’s digital banking infrastructure. The position requires mastery in intelligent core banking transformation, regulatory automation, multi-tier data governance, and real-time financial orchestration. The successful candidate will define a sophisticated financial architecture capable of supporting instant payments, AI-regulated financial services, next-gen digital channels, and an internationally compliant, cloud-native operational environment.

Key Strategic Responsibilities

• Next-Generation Digital Core Banking Redesign
  
  Architect a microservices-based digital core capable of real-time ledger management, dynamic product configuration, multi-currency logic, instantaneous settlement, and API-driven extensibility.

• AI-Integrated Compliance & Automated Oversight
  
  Deploy compliance engines leveraging behavioral data, transaction typologies, anomaly lexicons, and predictive monitoring to enforce automated AML, fraud controls, and conduct governance.

• Open-Finance & Data Mobility Systems
  
  Build large-scale open-banking infrastructure with secure authentication, consent-driven data orchestration, cross-platform portable identity, and advanced financial data standardization.

• High-Availability Banking Infrastructure
  
  Establish cloud-native banking environments with sovereign-grade security, distributed availability zones, autonomous failover logic, and high-fidelity operational uptime.

• UAE Regulatory Alignment
  
  Ensure dynamic policy execution, audit traceability, encrypted transaction visibility, and responsive data reporting aligned with UAE financial oversight frameworks.

Technical Expertise Requirements

• Deep experience in digital core banking, API-driven financial ecosystems, intelligent compliance models, financial data engineering, and large-scale regulatory automation.

• High proficiency in cloud-native deployment, distributed computing, and financial risk analytics.
