Role Mandate
This role is responsible for architecting embedded finance platforms that transform non-financial digital ecosystems into regulated, revenue-generating financial environments. The Executive Director governs how banking, payments, lending, and financial services APIs are embedded seamlessly into marketplaces, SaaS platforms, and enterprise systems.
The mission is to engineer invisible, programmable finance—financial services that operate natively inside digital products without friction, while maintaining institutional-grade resilience, scalability, and control.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect embedded finance platforms enabling payments, accounts, and financial services via APIs.

Design modular banking and payments components consumable by third-party platforms.

Define monetization strategies for embedded financial services at scale.

Establish governance models for API access, service reliability, and platform risk.

Integrate embedded finance systems with core banking, treasury, and reporting layers.

Lead globally distributed platform architects, fintech engineers, and product strategists.

Deliver executive-level platform blueprints and embedded finance roadmaps.
Executive Profile

17–24 years of experience in fintech platforms, API banking, or digital financial services.

Deep expertise in embedded finance architectures and platform monetization models.

Strong leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder fintech ecosystems.

Excellent strategic documentation and executive communication skills.

Proven success operating fully remote at global scale.
Compensation Framework

Annual Compensation: AED 1,100,000 – 1,800,000 (tax-free)
