Role Mandate
This role exists to architect and govern next-generation digital banking platforms that operate beyond traditional core banking constraints. The Executive Director leads the design, modernization, and orchestration of fintech operating systems that unify accounts, payments, customer data, compliance logic, and real-time financial processing into a single, scalable platform.
The mandate is not incremental improvement; it is systemic transformation of how digital banks and fintech platforms are engineered, governed, and scaled, executed remotely with Dubai serving as a strategic coordination hub.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect cloud-native digital banking platforms replacing legacy core banking models.

Design modular financial operating systems covering accounts, ledgers, payments, and controls.

Establish real-time processing frameworks for balances, transactions, and reporting.

Define platform governance standards for scalability, resilience, and regulatory alignment.

Integrate APIs, data services, and external fintech ecosystems into a unified architecture.

Lead globally distributed architects, platform engineers, and systems strategists.

Produce executive-level architectural roadmaps and multi-year transformation strategies.
Executive Profile

18–25 years of experience in digital banking, fintech platforms, or core banking architecture.

Deep expertise in ledger systems, transaction processing, and financial data models.

Proven leadership in large-scale banking or fintech transformation programs.

Exceptional systems thinking and executive communication capability.

Fully effective in remote, globally distributed leadership environments.
Compensation Framework

Annual Compensation: AED 1,150,000 – 1,850,000 (tax-free)
