Executive Custodian – Digital Liquidity Infrastructure & Transactional Balance Systems

This role exists to engineer, govern, and preserve the liquidity logic that underpins advanced digital finance ecosystems. The Supreme Executive Custodian will assume ultimate accountability for how liquidity is represented, allocated, synchronised, and reconciled across high-velocity transaction platforms and real-time financial infrastructures.
The mandate is infrastructural and systemic rather than operational. It focuses on transactional balance consistency, liquidity availability models, intra-platform synchronisation, and long-horizon resilience, ensuring that digital finance platforms remain stable, deterministic, and economically coherent under extreme scale and stress.
Scope of Authority & Responsibilities
-
Architect and govern digital liquidity infrastructure, including balance engines, liquidity synchronisation layers, and real-time availability controls.
-
Define executive doctrines for balance integrity, transactional determinism, and liquidity finality across distributed systems.
-
Establish standards for real-time balance updates, concurrency handling, and exception resolution.
-
Oversee integration between liquidity engines and upstream transaction orchestration platforms.
-
Lead multi-year infrastructure roadmaps addressing scalability, resilience, and architectural longevity.
-
Act as final authority on liquidity risk exposure, balance discrepancies, and systemic sustainability.
Executive Profile
-
20–26+ years in fintech infrastructure, transaction systems architecture, or financial platform governance.
-
Proven oversight of high-value, high-velocity transactional environments.
-
Deep mastery of balance management, distributed consistency, transaction sequencing, and fault tolerance.
-
Ability to operate across deep technical design, executive governance, and financial system stewardship.
-
Long-term, infrastructure-first mindset suited to mission-critical platforms.
Compensation Structure (Saudi Arabia)
-
Base Salary: SAR 80,000 – 110,000 per month
-
Annual Executive Incentive: 40% – 60% of base salary
-
Long-Term Incentive: Multi-year liquidity stability and platform performance awards
-
Executive Benefits: Premium housing allowance, elite healthcare, international education support, relocation and annual executive travel package
