A pioneering fintech institution is searching for an accomplished Executive – Chief of Staff to work directly alongside senior leadership, ensuring the successful execution of enterprise priorities across digital banking, payment innovation, customer experience, artificial intelligence, and business transformation.
This highly visible role combines executive advisory responsibilities, operational leadership, strategic planning, and organizational coordination to deliver measurable business impact across the enterprise.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on high-priority initiatives.
- Coordinate enterprise projects involving multiple business units and senior stakeholders.
- Develop executive reports, board materials, and strategic communications.
- Monitor organizational performance against strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
- Support budgeting, planning, and enterprise resource prioritization.
- Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, governance reviews, and executive decision-making processes.
- Build alignment across technology, finance, commercial, compliance, and operations functions.
- Drive innovation, organizational effectiveness, and continuous business improvement.
- Represent executive leadership during internal strategic engagements when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in executive management, strategy consulting, corporate operations, project leadership, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of financial technology, digital transformation, organizational governance, and business performance management.
- Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information and operate effectively in a fast-paced executive environment.
