About the Opportunity
A globally integrated financial technology organization is undertaking one of the region’s most ambitious digital modernization programmes and is seeking a distinguished Executive Chair – Digital Banking Transformation & Financial Ecosystems.
This prestigious Board-level appointment is responsible for steering enterprise-wide transformation, accelerating innovation, and positioning the organization as a global benchmark in intelligent financial services.
The successful executive will shape long-term corporate strategy, oversee multi-market digital expansion, direct enterprise technology investments, and cultivate strategic alliances with international financial institutions, technology innovators, sovereign investment entities, and institutional stakeholders.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities

Executive Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 18 years of executive leadership within fintech, banking, enterprise technology, or financial services.
- Proven success leading international transformation initiatives.
- Strong commercial and governance expertise.
