This role combines software architecture, blockchain engineering, fintech innovation, cybersecurity principles, and enterprise systems design.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the technological foundations of next-generation financial infrastructure while collaborating with executive leadership, product teams, security specialists, and innovation stakeholders.
Leadership Responsibilities
Enterprise Blockchain Architecture
- Design large-scale blockchain ecosystems.
- Create enterprise-grade distributed ledger frameworks.
- Develop architecture standards supporting financial services innovation.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and operational resilience.
Financial Technology Innovation
- Lead development of advanced fintech products.
- Support tokenization initiatives and digital asset ecosystems.
- Create infrastructure for programmable financial services.
- Drive innovation through emerging technologies.
Development & Engineering Leadership
- Mentor engineering teams.
- Establish development standards and best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments.
- Guide technical decision-making processes.
Security & Governance
- Implement blockchain security controls.
- Design governance mechanisms supporting platform integrity.
- Conduct risk assessments and security reviews.
- Enhance resilience against evolving cyber threats.
Research & Strategic Development
- Evaluate emerging blockchain protocols.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field.
- Advanced degree advantageous.
- Minimum 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Extensive blockchain development expertise.
- Proven experience designing complex technical architectures.
