Executive Architect of Programmable Finance- Digital Asset Logic & Capital Automation

Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh | Strategic Hybrid)

Mandate & Structural Rationale

This role governs how capital becomes executable code. The Executive Architect defines the structural logic through which financial instruments, obligations, and asset flows are digitally issued, transferred, settled, and reconciled.

The mandate is not speculative or experimental—it is focused on institution-grade programmable finance infrastructure that behaves predictably under scale, stress, and regulatory scrutiny.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Architect programmable finance platforms for digital issuance, lifecycle management, and settlement.

• Design tokenisation frameworks for financial instruments and asset representations.

• Establish institutional-grade custody, key-management, and security architectures.

• Define settlement automation logic embedded directly into digital asset workflows.

• Build interoperability layers between programmable finance systems and traditional market infrastructure.

• Embed risk, compliance, and audit controls into programmable capital execution.

• Develop long-range roadmaps for the evolution of digital capital markets.

• Engage with global stakeholders on alignment with international financial standards.

Required Expertise

• Deep understanding of programmable finance and digital asset infrastructure.

• Experience designing settlement engines, custody systems, and lifecycle automation.

• Strong grasp of capital markets mechanics and post-trade processes.

• Ability to translate financial contracts into deterministic system logic.

Leadership Orientation

• Designs the operating system of capital.

• Thinks structurally, not tactically.

• Balances automation with systemic discipline.

Compensation Architecture (Saudi Arabia)

• Base Salary: SAR 1,750,000 – 2,100,000 per annum

• Programmable Finance Leadership Allowance: SAR 320,000 – 480,000

• Capital Automation Performance Incentive: Up to 35% of base

• Long-Term Digital Capital Awards: Multi-year milestone-linked compensation
