Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise risk intelligence frameworks.
- Build predictive models for operational and financial risk.
- Strengthen governance across digital banking platforms.
- Lead AI-driven trust and compliance initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technology risks.
- Partner with engineering and cybersecurity teams to enhance platform resilience.
- Produce executive risk assessments and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor enterprise performance indicators and risk metrics.
- Support board-level governance reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement across enterprise control environments.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience within fintech, banking, enterprise risk, or financial consulting.
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
- Experience delivering enterprise governance programmes.
- Excellent executive communication capabilities.
