Executive Summary

A confidential financial innovation programme is seeking an accomplished Chief of Staff – Enterprise Operations, Executive Performance & Financial Technology Innovation to lead executive coordination, enterprise performance management, strategic operations, transformation governance, and organizational effectiveness across one of the region’s most advanced fintech ecosystems.

The successful executive will serve as the operational extension of the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring strategic alignment between executive leadership, enterprise operations, digital banking functions, payment platforms, technology organizations, customer operations, and corporate support services.

This role demands a leader capable of translating executive priorities into operational execution while driving measurable improvements in efficiency, governance, innovation, and enterprise performance.

Strategic Leadership Responsibilities

Executive Operations

• Coordinate enterprise operational strategy.

• Lead executive performance reviews.

• Monitor strategic programme execution.

• Develop operational governance frameworks.

• Oversee executive reporting standards.

• Align enterprise resources with strategic objectives.

Digital Finance Transformation

• Coordinate enterprise banking modernization initiatives.

• Support payment ecosystem transformation.

• Lead operational AI implementation programmes.

• Strengthen intelligent automation initiatives.

• Improve enterprise workflow efficiency.

• Support cloud-native operational modernization.

Organizational Leadership

• Manage executive transformation offices.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary strategic initiatives.

• Develop executive KPI dashboards.

• Facilitate cross-functional leadership collaboration.

• Strengthen enterprise accountability.

• Build organizational capability frameworks.

Governance

• Lead executive committee planning.

• Support Board reporting processes.

• Coordinate enterprise risk discussions.

• Strengthen policy implementation.

• Monitor regulatory readiness.

Executive Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.

• Minimum 18 years of executive leadership experience.

• Strong background in enterprise operations, banking transformation, or fintech strategy.

• Demonstrated expertise supporting executive leadership teams.

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
