A rapidly growing fintech institution is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Open Banking Integration Manager to lead the expansion of secure API-driven financial ecosystems that connect banks, payment providers, financial institutions, merchants, and digital platforms.
This role is central to delivering interoperable financial services that enable seamless account connectivity, payment initiation, financial data exchange, and next-generation customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of security, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise open banking integration initiatives across multiple financial platforms.
- Develop scalable API connectivity strategies with banking partners.
- Coordinate implementation of secure financial data-sharing solutions.
- Oversee integration governance, testing, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
- Optimize API performance, availability, and transaction reliability.
- Establish technical integration standards and best practices.
- Monitor operational KPIs and service quality metrics.
- Manage strategic relationships with financial institutions and technology partners.
- Deliver executive reports supporting digital banking expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fintech, banking technology, API integration, or digital banking.
- Strong understanding of financial APIs, payment ecosystems, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience working with cloud-native financial platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
