The Engineer will help build the technical infrastructure behind this transformation.
You will design and implement intelligent financial systems capable of processing large-scale data, supporting predictive models and delivering reliable digital experiences.
ENGINEERING CHALLENGE
You will work across the full technical lifecycle:
Data → Models → APIs → Infrastructure → Deployment → Monitoring → Optimisation
The role requires an engineer who understands that an AI model is only as valuable as the infrastructure surrounding it.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Build scalable backend infrastructure for AI-enabled financial applications.

Develop APIs connecting machine-learning services with fintech platforms.

Design reliable data pipelines for financial and transactional datasets.

Integrate predictive models into production systems.

Develop real-time processing capabilities for financial applications.

Implement monitoring for model and application performance.

Collaborate with data scientists, architects and product teams.

INDICATIVE PACKAGE
QAR 32,000–52,000 monthly, depending on experience and technical specialisation, with potential performance incentives and additional benefits.
