Your Impact
- Design AI governance and model risk management frameworks.
- Develop automated compliance monitoring systems.
- Evaluate AI models for fairness, transparency, and regulatory adherence.
- Partner with engineering and legal teams to implement responsible AI practices.
- Lead enterprise risk assessments for machine learning applications.
- Build automated reporting dashboards for compliance monitoring.
- Strengthen cybersecurity controls protecting AI infrastructure.
- Conduct technology risk reviews and regulatory readiness assessments.
- Establish documentation standards supporting model governance.
- Promote continuous improvement across AI operations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree advantageous.
- 7+ years of experience in fintech, AI engineering, cybersecurity, or regulatory technology.
- Strong understanding of machine learning governance.
- Experience with enterprise risk frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
