Product Mission
We are seeking an experienced Product professional to shape the development of technology-enabled financial experiences through embedded finance, API banking, digital platforms, and financial-service integrations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer and market opportunities, defining product strategies, translating commercial requirements into product roadmaps, and coordinating the delivery of scalable digital financial capabilities.
This role requires a balanced understanding of customer experience, financial services, technology, commercial models, and product delivery.
Product Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategic priorities for embedded financial services.

Develop product roadmaps aligned with customer and commercial requirements.

Identify opportunities for financial products to be integrated into non-financial digital experiences.

Work with engineering teams to develop scalable API-enabled financial capabilities.

Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications.

Develop product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.

Analyze customer behavior and product performance.

Establish KPIs covering adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, transaction activity, and revenue.

Conduct competitive analysis across fintech and digital financial platforms.

Manage product-development priorities across multiple stakeholders.

Collaborate with technology, design, compliance, operations, finance, sales, and partnerships teams.

Evaluate third-party fintech technologies and integration opportunities.

Lead product experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop executive-level product updates and performance assessments.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

6+ years of experience in fintech product management, digital banking, payments, SaaS, or financial technology.

Demonstrated experience launching or scaling digital products.

Strong understanding of APIs, digital platforms, financial services, and technology integration.

Experience with Agile product-development methodologies.

Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.

Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with engineers and business leaders alike.
