We are seeking a Distinguished Cloud Banking Developer to lead the engineering of enterprise software platforms that will shape the future of financial services across regional and international markets.
This role combines advanced software engineering, technical strategy, and architectural leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and highly resilient financial systems.
Your Responsibilities
Software Architecture
- Design enterprise cloud banking platforms.
- Develop distributed financial applications.
- Build secure financial APIs.
- Lead cloud modernization initiatives.
- Engineer high-availability backend services.
Technical Leadership
- Establish engineering standards.
- Guide architecture governance.
- Mentor senior engineers.
- Drive software modernization strategies.
- Collaborate with executive technology leadership.
Platform Excellence
- Improve application resilience.
- Enhance cybersecurity posture.
- Optimize observability and monitoring.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 8+ years of enterprise software development experience.
- Expertise in Java, Go, Rust, or Python.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native development.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC).
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise engineering initiatives.
