To accelerate this transformation, the institution is seeking an exceptional Director to lead enterprise technology strategy, platform engineering, cyber resilience, and digital banking infrastructure.
This executive role requires a transformational technology leader capable of aligning innovation with operational excellence while ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of mission-critical financial platforms serving customers across regional and international markets.
Executive Responsibilities
- Define enterprise technology strategy supporting digital banking transformation.
- Oversee cloud engineering, platform architecture, and technology modernization.
- Lead cybersecurity resilience and enterprise risk mitigation initiatives.
- Direct software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and platform operations.
- Sponsor enterprise AI, automation, and data platform programmes.
- Manage executive technology investment portfolios.
- Establish enterprise engineering standards and governance frameworks.
- Ensure operational resilience and disaster recovery readiness.
- Develop long-term innovation roadmaps.
- Build and mentor senior technology leadership teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic business initiatives.
- Represent the organization within international technology and fintech communities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Administration is highly desirable.
- Minimum 12–15 years of executive technology leadership experience within fintech, banking, cloud computing, or enterprise technology.
- Extensive experience managing large engineering organizations and enterprise digital transformation.
