Position Overview
An award-winning fintech organization is looking for a visionary Director – Open Finance Product Innovation to lead the design and commercialization of cutting-edge financial products built on API-first architecture and intelligent digital experiences.
In this strategic role, you will oversee the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and market validation to launch and optimization—while collaborating with engineering, commercial, and customer experience teams to deliver solutions that redefine financial accessibility and connectivity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop the long-term roadmap for Open Finance products.
- Lead cross-functional product development initiatives.
- Identify customer needs through market research and analytics.
- Define product requirements and commercialization strategies.
- Collaborate with software engineering and UX teams.
- Build strategic partnerships across the fintech ecosystem.
- Monitor product performance and optimize customer outcomes.
- Present product strategy to executive leadership.
- Drive innovation through emerging financial technologies.
- Ensure continuous improvement across the product portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fintech product management or digital banking.
- Proven experience delivering customer-focused financial products.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
