To lead this domain, the organization is seeking a Director of Real-Time Trading Systems & Digital Asset Execution Platforms.
This role is responsible for designing the infrastructure that powers trading engines, order management systems, and execution frameworks—ensuring speed, accuracy, and resilience under extreme market conditions.
Core Responsibilities
Trading Infrastructure Architecture
- Design high-performance trading and execution systems.
- Build low-latency order management and matching engines.
- Develop real-time market data processing pipelines.
- Ensure deterministic execution across trading systems.
Digital Asset Platform Engineering
- Integrate digital asset trading capabilities into financial platforms.
- Ensure secure handling of digital asset transactions.
- Optimize system performance for volatile market conditions.
- Enable multi-asset trading across platforms.
Performance Optimization & Scalability
- Reduce latency in trade execution and data processing.
- Ensure system scalability under high-frequency trading loads.
- Optimize infrastructure for peak market activity.
- Maintain system stability and uptime.
Risk & Compliance Integration
- Implement risk controls within trading systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain audit trails for all trading activities.
- Collaborate with compliance teams on governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in trading systems or fintech engineering.
- Strong expertise in low-latency systems and real-time processing.
- Experience with digital asset platforms or financial markets.
- Proven leadership in technical environments.
