An innovative fintech organization is seeking a highly accomplished Director of Intelligent Payments Orchestration to lead the strategic optimization of enterprise payment ecosystems across card acquiring, digital wallets, account-to-account transfers, real-time payment rails, cross-border settlements, and merchant financial services.
This executive leadership role will oversee payment routing intelligence, transaction optimization, platform resilience, operational scalability, and strategic technology partnerships while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and regulatory excellence across GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise payment orchestration strategies that optimize transaction success rates.
- Lead modernization of payment routing and settlement infrastructure.
- Establish intelligent transaction routing models to improve cost efficiency and processing performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, treasury, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
- Monitor payment platform availability and enterprise operational KPIs.
- Strengthen payment resilience, redundancy, and business continuity frameworks.
- Build strategic relationships with financial institutions and payment partners.
- Evaluate emerging payment technologies and infrastructure innovations.
- Present executive performance insights to senior leadership.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for enterprise payment operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 9 years of experience within fintech, digital payments, banking infrastructure, or enterprise financial technology.
- Comprehensive understanding of payment ecosystems, transaction processing, and financial operations.
- Strong executive leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
