Role Overview
Seeking a Director of Industrial Fintech Innovation to lead digital finance transformation for chemical plants. This role combines blockchain, AI analytics, and smart contracts to drive operational transparency, efficiency, and international investment scalability.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy fintech platforms integrating treasury, investment, and payment systems within chemical plants.

Implement AI-driven predictive financial models to optimize production costs and cash flows.

Ensure international compliance for cross-border transactions and digital assets.

Collaborate with engineers and plant managers to embed fintech protocols into production automation.

Lead ESG-aligned financing strategies, tokenization of assets, and smart contract implementation.

Conduct strategic financial performance reviews for global stakeholders and investors.
Required Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Financial Technology, or related disciplines.

10+ years in fintech leadership, ideally in industrial or chemical sectors.

Expertise in blockchain, AI-based financial analytics, and international finance regulations.

Experience with cross-border payments, digital asset governance, and ERP-fintech integration.
International Requirements

Fluent in English; Arabic beneficial.

Knowledge of Qatar’s remote employment and financial regulations.
