Role Overview:
As the UAE cements its position as the digital finance epicenter of the GCC, the Director of Fintech Product Innovation & AI-Driven Payments will lead advanced research, design, and implementation of fintech products powered by AI, behavioral analytics, and intelligent payment automation.
This position requires a forward-thinking strategist capable of merging technology, product innovation, and regulatory alignment into cohesive financial experiences that redefine digital interaction, trust, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the innovation of AI-enhanced payment solutions integrating predictive analytics, embedded finance, and decentralized processing.

Develop a multi-market fintech product portfolio encompassing digital wallets, algorithmic credit scoring, and micro-investment platforms.

Implement advanced user experience models through behavioral data insights and adaptive personalization engines.

Coordinate interoperability between fintech APIs, data management systems, and regional banking networks.

Lead cross-regional product rollout strategies ensuring compliance with global data protection and financial conduct standards.
Qualifications & Expertise:

8–12 years in fintech product development, digital payment innovation, or AI-based financial platforms.

Expertise in digital customer intelligence, payment gateways, and data-driven financial design.

Master’s degree in Fintech Management, Product Strategy, or Computational Finance.

Proven ability to scale digital products in multi-country financial environments.

Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks and predictive compliance engines.
