Role Overview
A global financial technology organization delivering digital financial infrastructure to businesses and consumers is seeking a Director of Fintech Operations & Digital Financial Services Management.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing operational performance of fintech platforms, ensuring reliable digital transaction processing, and maintaining high service standards across remote operational teams.
The successful candidate will coordinate multiple teams responsible for payment processing, platform monitoring, customer support, and operational analytics while ensuring compliance with financial regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Fintech Platform Operations

Oversee daily operations of fintech platforms supporting digital financial transactions

Monitor system reliability, transaction success rates, and operational performance metrics

Ensure consistent availability and functionality of digital financial services
Operational Strategy Development

Develop strategies that improve efficiency and scalability of fintech operations

Implement operational frameworks that support high transaction volumes

Introduce automation tools that streamline financial platform management
Risk & Compliance Oversight

Identify operational risks affecting fintech platforms

Ensure operational procedures align with financial regulatory standards

Work closely with compliance teams on regulatory reporting and governance frameworks
Team Leadership

Lead remote operations teams responsible for monitoring fintech systems

Establish performance goals and operational benchmarks

Provide mentoring and leadership to operational managers and analysts
Client & Stakeholder Management

Maintain relationships with enterprise clients using fintech platforms

Address operational issues affecting financial services delivery

Coordinate with product and engineering teams to improve platform functionality
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Financial Technology

7+ years experience in fintech operations, digital banking, or financial platform management

Experience managing remote operational teams
