Role Context

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end digital customer journeys across mobile, web, and embedded finance platforms
- Leverage behavioral analytics to personalize financial products and user experiences
- Lead the integration of AI-driven chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational banking interfaces
- Optimize onboarding processes using digital identity verification and frictionless KYC solutions
- Develop customer engagement strategies driven by data insights and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align experience with functionality
Technology & Tools
- CX Platforms: Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, customer data platforms (CDPs)
- AI Tools: NLP engines, recommendation systems
- Design: UX/UI frameworks, prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch)
- Integration: APIs for banking services, payment gateways
Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years in digital banking, fintech UX, or customer experience leadership
- Strong understanding of user behavior, journey mapping, and service design
- Experience deploying AI-driven engagement tools in financial services
- Ability to balance aesthetic design with regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership in cross-functional digital transformation initiatives
