Role Overview
This role leads the design and operation of advanced digital lending and credit intelligence platforms, enabling automated credit decisioning, risk analytics, and lifecycle loan management across consumer, SME, and embedded finance use cases.
The Director will be responsible for integrating data-driven credit logic with scalable fintech infrastructure, ensuring lending platforms are resilient, explainable, and adaptable to evolving market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end digital lending platforms, including origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections logic

Design credit intelligence engines leveraging data analytics, behavioural signals, and automated decision frameworks

Oversee integration of alternative data sources into credit assessment models

Establish governance frameworks for credit model performance, monitoring, and risk controls

Ensure lending platforms support real-time decisioning and high-volume transaction processing

Collaborate with platform engineers, data scientists, and product strategists to enhance system capabilities

Lead long-term innovation roadmap for digital credit and embedded lending ecosystems
Candidate Requirements

13+ years in digital lending, credit platforms, or fintech risk systems

Strong understanding of credit lifecycle management and lending technology stacks

Experience deploying analytics-driven financial platforms at scale

Ability to bridge technical architecture, risk governance, and product strategy
Compensation Structure (Oman)
-
Base Salary: OMR 12,000 – 16,500 per month

Annual Performance Bonus: 25%–40%
