Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Technology, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital banking operations, fintech, or financial services leadership
  • Strong expertise in digital customer operations and banking service transformation
  • Understanding of Saudi banking operations, digital finance regulations, and service excellence models
  • Experience managing high-volume customer banking platforms and financial transaction environments
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capability
  • Proven leadership in transformation and operational excellence initiatives
