Core Responsibilities
- Lead daily strategic oversight of digital banking operations across customer-facing financial platforms
- Strengthen digital onboarding, servicing, and account management workflows across all banking channels
- Improve operational efficiency across mobile banking, internet banking, and virtual financial services
- Design customer-first digital banking journeys that improve adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Introduce automation and intelligent workflow optimization across service delivery functions
- Drive innovation across payment processing, merchant banking support, and transaction servicing
- Oversee digital operations risk management, compliance readiness, and service continuity frameworks
- Build financial inclusion initiatives through accessible digital banking solutions
- Collaborate with product, technology, compliance, and customer experience teams for continuous improvement
- Strengthen reporting frameworks for operational performance and executive decision-making
- Lead transformation projects focused on modernization of legacy banking systems
- Manage strategic relationships with financial infrastructure and service partners
- Develop leadership capability across digital operations teams
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Technology, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital banking operations, fintech, or financial services leadership
- Strong expertise in digital customer operations and banking service transformation
- Understanding of Saudi banking operations, digital finance regulations, and service excellence models
- Experience managing high-volume customer banking platforms and financial transaction environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capability
- Proven leadership in transformation and operational excellence initiatives
