Role Overview
This position is designed for a senior professional operating at the boundary between digital asset technology, market structure, and institutional governance. The Director will define how digital assets are issued, transacted, safeguarded, and governed within modern financial ecosystems.
The remit is architectural and constitutional—concerned with market integrity, infrastructure resilience, and long-term system credibility.
Strategic Mandate

Design end-to-end digital asset infrastructure frameworks (custody, issuance, trading, settlement).

Define governance models for digital asset markets, including operational controls and risk oversight.

Establish technical standards for wallet architecture, custody segregation, and transaction finality.

Advise on market surveillance, abuse detection, and systemic risk containment.

Interface between technologists, legal architects, and policy stakeholders.

Produce authoritative documentation guiding institutional-grade digital asset participation.
Experience & Expertise
-
10–15 years in capital markets, digital assets, or financial market infrastructure.

Strong command of blockchain architectures, custody models, and asset tokenization frameworks.

Experience in market governance, infrastructure policy, or supervisory engagement.

Ability to articulate complex technical systems to non-technical decision makers.

Proven capacity to operate independently at director or equivalent level.
Salary Structure & Economic Framework

Base Annual Compensation: USD 150,000 – 195,000

Market Governance Retainer: USD 20,000

Strategic Milestone Incentives: Up to 20%
