Position Overview

The successful candidate will oversee a high-value corporate banking portfolio, strengthen relationships with major commercial clients, drive revenue growth, and lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering innovative financial solutions tailored to complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate banking strategies supporting sustainable business growth.
- Lead relationship management for major corporate and institutional clients.
- Expand lending, treasury, trade finance, and cash management portfolios.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic market expansion initiatives.
- Oversee corporate credit quality and portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, treasury, legal, and operations teams.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements and financing structures.
- Monitor financial performance and revenue objectives.
- Lead customer retention and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Present commercial performance updates to executive leadership.
- Strengthen governance and regulatory compliance across corporate banking activities.
- Mentor senior banking professionals and develop future leaders.
- Represent the organization at executive meetings and industry forums.
- Drive innovation in corporate financial solutions and customer experience.
- Promote operational excellence and continuous business improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
- Extensive leadership experience in corporate or commercial banking.
- Strong knowledge of corporate lending, trade finance, treasury services, and relationship management.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing banking teams.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- Strong financial analysis and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
