Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of AI-Powered Wealth & Risk Solutions to lead the strategic design and deployment of intelligent financial platforms in Kuwait. This executive role integrates AI, predictive analytics, automated wealth management, and risk intelligence to deliver cutting-edge fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect AI-driven wealth management platforms and risk analytics frameworks.

Lead remote teams in delivering predictive modeling, financial intelligence, and automated advisory solutions.

Ensure compliance with Kuwait Central Bank regulations, cybersecurity standards, and international best practices.

Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and advanced risk management assessments.

Advise stakeholders on digital asset integration, investment strategies, and fintech innovation.

Represent initiatives in global fintech forums, advisory panels, and thought leadership discussions.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

10–15 years of experience in wealth management, digital finance, or risk analytics leadership.

Expertise in AI, predictive financial modeling, and automated investment strategies.

Proven experience leading remote, multi-disciplinary teams.

Deep understanding of Kuwait’s regulatory and fintech landscape.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with robo-advisory platforms, digital assets, or algorithmic trading.

Published thought leadership or speaking experience in fintech innovation.
