Position Summary
The Director of AI-Driven Financial Systems & Predictive Intelligence will lead Qatar’s evolution toward intelligent financial automation through remote, data-centric innovation. This position represents a strategic leadership mandate at the intersection of artificial intelligence, quantitative finance, and predictive modeling — aimed at building resilient, insight-driven fintech systems across the region.
Core Responsibilities

Develop and deploy large-scale AI systems that enhance financial analytics, risk management, and decision automation.

Establish predictive frameworks leveraging machine learning, deep neural networks, and behavioral data modeling to forecast market trends and institutional risk.

Oversee creation of scalable data ecosystems integrating structured, unstructured, and streaming financial datasets for real-time insights.

Direct strategic alignment between fintech intelligence systems and international AI ethics, transparency, and accountability principles.

Collaborate with digital banks, central data regulators, and research institutions to create knowledge-sharing ecosystems for AI-driven finance.

Qualifications & Expertise

10+ years’ experience in fintech analytics, quantitative finance, or AI-based financial systems.

Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, real-time data architectures, and automated compliance models.

Proven track record leading remote teams in analytics, risk intelligence, and algorithmic product design.

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Financial Engineering, or Computational Economics.

Familiarity with GCC digital transformation policies and cross-border data regulation standards.
