About the Position
A rapidly expanding multinational fintech group is recruiting a visionary Director – Global FinTech Transformation & Strategic Partnerships to accelerate organizational growth through high-impact strategic alliances, enterprise transformation initiatives, and commercial innovation.
This executive appointment offers a unique opportunity to lead cross-border business development, digital transformation programmes, innovation partnerships, and executive stakeholder engagement while contributing directly to long-term corporate strategy.
Strategic Responsibilities
Transformation Leadership
- Develop enterprise transformation roadmaps.
- Lead strategic innovation programmes.
- Improve organizational efficiency.
- Oversee executive change initiatives.
Partnership Development
- Establish relationships with banks, payment providers, and technology firms.
- Negotiate commercial partnership agreements.
- Expand international business networks.
- Support mergers and strategic collaborations.
Executive Management
- Advise executive leadership on growth opportunities.
- Lead multidisciplinary transformation teams.
- Represent the organization at international fintech forums and executive conferences.
Professional Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Corporate Strategy, Financial Technology, or International Business.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience.
- Strong fintech, consulting, or banking background.
- Proven strategic planning and commercial leadership capability.
- Outstanding executive communication skills.
