Key Responsibilities

Design fintech ecosystem strategies that support sustainable growth

Identify structural gaps and opportunities within digital financial markets

Define enablement frameworks for fintech adoption and expansion

Coordinate strategic alignment across technology, market, and delivery layers

Establish metrics to measure ecosystem maturity and performance

Produce strategic papers and long-term development roadmaps

Ideal Candidate Profile

11–16 years in fintech strategy, ecosystem development, or financial innovation
