Strategic Overview
This role is designed for a fintech leader who operates comfortably at the convergence of technology architecture, platform economics, and financial product strategy. The Director will be responsible for shaping large-scale fintech platform architectures that support embedded finance use cases, extensible financial services, and long-term ecosystem growth.
The role is fully remote but anchored strategically to Dubai’s position as a global financial and digital-economy nexus.
Key Mandates

Define the architectural and strategic blueprint for modular fintech platforms supporting embedded financial services

Lead the conceptual design of composable financial infrastructure, enabling rapid configuration and integration

Establish long-term platform evolution strategies aligned with global fintech trends

Oversee architectural governance across APIs, service orchestration layers, and data interoperability models

Translate complex technical architectures into executive-level strategic frameworks

Act as a senior cross-functional authority connecting technology, product vision, and financial sustainability
Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience across fintech platforms, digital financial services, or large-scale financial systems

Proven leadership in platform architecture, embedded finance models, or API-driven ecosystems

Strong understanding of platform scalability, monetisation logic, and operational design

Ability to operate autonomously within remote, globally distributed leadership structures

Advanced strategic communication and decision-making capabilities
Compensation Framework

Annual Compensation Range: AED 750,000 – 1,050,000 (tax-free)
