Strategic Mandate
This role exists to design and govern the coordination logic that enables multiple fintech platforms to operate as a coherent ecosystem. The Supreme Director will define how value flows across systems, how interoperability is structured, and how ecosystem participants interact without fragmentation or systemic friction.
The mandate is architectural and strategic rather than commercial. It focuses on ecosystem coherence, interface discipline, and long-term value flow optimisation, ensuring that fintech platforms scale as connected systems rather than isolated silos.
Scope of Authority & Responsibilities

Define and govern fintech ecosystem interoperability architectures, including interface standards, value flow models, and coordination protocols.

Establish executive doctrines for ecosystem participation, platform boundaries, and interaction governance.

Oversee alignment between infrastructure capability, platform interfaces, and ecosystem behaviour.

Define KPIs covering ecosystem throughput, interaction efficiency, and systemic coherence.

Lead multi-year ecosystem evolution roadmaps focused on scalability, adaptability, and durability.

Act as final authority on ecosystem integrity and value-flow sustainability.
Executive Profile

17–23+ years in fintech ecosystem design, platform interoperability, or financial systems coordination.

Proven experience scaling multi-platform financial ecosystems.

Strong understanding of interface architecture, value exchange models, and system-to-system coordination.

Ability to balance ecosystem vision with disciplined architectural governance.

Global perspective on interconnected fintech systems.
Compensation Structure (Oman)

Base Salary: OMR 12,000 – 16,500 per month

Annual Executive Incentive: 30% – 50% of base salary
