Opportunity Overview
An internationally recognized fintech platform is seeking an accomplished Director – Fintech Cloud Engineering & Platform Resilience to architect, modernize, and secure mission-critical financial platforms supporting millions of digital financial transactions.
You will lead enterprise engineering teams responsible for cloud-native infrastructure, platform automation, financial system resilience, cybersecurity integration, and continuous service availability across high-volume fintech ecosystems.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead cloud engineering strategy.
- Design highly available fintech infrastructure.
- Build resilient payment processing platforms.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Optimize cloud cost and performance.
- Improve disaster recovery capabilities.
- Strengthen platform observability.
- Drive DevSecOps transformation.
- Mentor engineering leadership teams.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance functions.
- Support continuous platform innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in cloud engineering or fintech infrastructure.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms.
- Experience supporting regulated financial environments.
