Charter Overview
This role is a strategic operational charter, establishing accountability for financial intelligence systems, risk modeling, and automated decision architecture. The position governs how fintech systems make critical decisions, ensuring transparency, auditability, and ethical standards in risk and transaction monitoring.
The successful professional will operate at the executive intersection of analytics, compliance, and operational intelligence.
Charter Objectives

Develop frameworks for intelligent risk engines, predictive analytics, and algorithmic decision systems.

Establish governance standards for explainability, ethical compliance, and regulatory alignment.

Integrate macroeconomic, transactional, and behavioral datasets to inform adaptive decision models.

Define oversight mechanisms for bias detection, mitigation, and continuous system improvement.

Provide strategic guidance on AI, machine learning, and automated financial reasoning across platforms.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end financial intelligence pipelines and risk engines.

Define lifecycle governance for risk and decision models to ensure compliance and robustness.

Translate analytical outputs into executive-level insights and regulatory reporting.

Produce thought-leadership documents on emerging trends in AI, predictive analytics, and systemic risk governance.

Lead cross-disciplinary teams working on intelligence, modeling, and compliance frameworks.
Qualifications

12+ years of experience in financial risk, analytics, or AI-enabled fintech systems.

Strategic expertise in algorithmic decision systems, beyond technical coding.

Exceptional ability to communicate complex reasoning to executive stakeholders and regulators.

Strong ethical grounding with proven experience in governance or regulatory oversight.
