Position Overview

Financial institutions increasingly rely on advanced data analytics platforms capable of transforming vast financial datasets into actionable intelligence. These systems allow organizations to identify financial trends, optimize operations, and develop more personalized financial services.

The Director – Financial Data Intelligence & Predictive Banking Analytics will lead the development of enterprise-grade fintech data platforms capable of analyzing complex financial data environments.

Operating remotely while contributing to fintech initiatives aligned with Oman’s emerging financial technology sector, the Director will guide teams responsible for building predictive analytics systems and intelligent banking data platforms.

Strategic Responsibilities

Financial Data Platform Development

• Build scalable infrastructures capable of processing large financial datasets in real time.

• Implement distributed data architectures supporting fintech analytics environments.

Predictive Financial Modeling

• Develop machine learning models capable of forecasting financial trends and operational patterns.

• Introduce analytics systems capable of identifying financial anomalies.

Business Intelligence & Decision Support

• Deploy analytics dashboards that provide real-time insights into financial performance metrics.

• Enable financial leaders to make data-driven strategic decisions.

Data Governance & Security

• Establish governance frameworks ensuring secure and responsible management of financial data.

• Implement strict privacy controls protecting sensitive financial information.

Technology Ecosystem

Technologies frequently associated with this role include:

• Financial data engineering platforms

Candidate Profile

Experience:

10–15 years within fintech analytics platforms, financial data engineering, or digital banking intelligence systems.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of financial data architecture, predictive analytics models, and digital banking data platforms.

Leadership Experience:

Ability to lead international teams responsible for financial analytics system development and innovation.

Strategic Contribution

The Director will help advance data-driven financial ecosystems supporting Oman’s expanding fintech innovation landscape.
