This leadership role combines data engineering, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and business intelligence to improve executive decision-making, customer experience, operational performance, and enterprise innovation.
Primary Responsibilities
Enterprise Data Strategy
- Develop enterprise data architecture.
- Build scalable financial data platforms.
- Improve data governance frameworks.
- Strengthen enterprise reporting capabilities.
- Drive data modernization programmes.
Analytics Leadership
- Lead predictive analytics initiatives.
- Improve executive business intelligence.
- Develop financial forecasting models.
- Enhance operational analytics.
- Promote data-driven decision making.
Engineering Excellence
- Optimize enterprise data pipelines.
- Improve platform performance.
- Support cloud-native analytics.
- Enhance data quality management.
- Build scalable analytical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Finance.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within enterprise analytics, fintech, financial technology, or large-scale data engineering.
- Experience leading technical teams.
