An internationally recognized fintech organization is expanding its executive finance function and seeks an accomplished Director – Financial Analytics & Enterprise Intelligence to spearhead financial strategy through advanced analytics, enterprise intelligence, and predictive decision-making.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where financial expertise converges with artificial intelligence, commercial strategy, and digital transformation. You will architect enterprise-wide financial analytics programs that guide executive decisions, strengthen profitability, and accelerate expansion across multiple international fintech markets.
You will collaborate directly with C-suite executives, technology leaders, product strategists, and corporate finance teams to establish an intelligent financial ecosystem capable of delivering sustainable growth.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
- Direct enterprise financial analytics strategy across regional operations.
- Build sophisticated predictive financial forecasting frameworks.
- Develop executive-level profitability intelligence for digital banking products.
- Lead capital allocation analysis supporting organizational expansion.
- Oversee long-term financial planning and enterprise budgeting.
- Deliver board-ready financial performance reports.
- Create AI-powered forecasting models utilizing advanced analytics.
- Monitor financial health through executive KPI dashboards.
- Evaluate commercial viability of new fintech products.
- Guide investment analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Partner with Product, Treasury, Compliance, and Technology divisions.
- Champion automation across financial reporting functions.
- Mentor high-performing finance and analytics professionals.
- Establish financial governance standards across international operations.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Analytics.
- MBA, CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent globally recognized qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fintech, digital banking, investment banking, or financial consulting.
- Extensive experience leading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation.
- Strong command of SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and enterprise ERP systems.
- Outstanding executive presentation and stakeholder management skills.
