The Director – Embedded Finance & Digital Ecosystem Strategy will lead the development and expansion of scalable, cloud-native fintech platforms enabling embedded financial services. This role involves:

• Defining strategy for financial platform partnerships

• Designing API ecosystems for seamless integration

• Scaling embedded finance across digital marketplaces

Strategic Responsibilities

1. Embedded Finance Platform Leadership

   • Architect and deploy APIs enabling financial services integration into third-party digital platforms.

   • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and compliance with regional fintech regulations.

2. Ecosystem Strategy & Growth

   • Identify digital platforms, fintech partners, and emerging market opportunities.

   • Build partnerships to expand financial product distribution through embedded finance.

3. Operational Governance

   • Establish risk, compliance, and monitoring frameworks.

   • Ensure the security of transactions and integrity of customer financial data.

4. Innovation & Market Development

   • Introduce emerging fintech innovations (AI-powered lending, programmable payments) into the embedded finance ecosystem.

   • Drive market penetration strategies across GCC digital platforms.

Technology Environment

• Cloud-based, API-first fintech architectures

• Payment gateway integration and transaction orchestration

• Embedded finance analytics and monitoring platforms

• Secure identity verification systems

• Real-time data-driven financial service dashboards

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 12–16 years in embedded finance, fintech platform architecture, or digital ecosystem strategy

• Technical Expertise: API-first fintech design, cloud-native systems, financial platform integration

• Leadership: Proven track record managing global teams and strategic fintech partnerships
