An award-winning fintech organization is looking for a strategic Director – Digital Risk, Resilience & Trust Operations to strengthen enterprise resilience, safeguard critical financial systems, and enhance customer trust across rapidly expanding digital financial platforms.
This leadership role blends cybersecurity governance, operational resilience, fraud prevention, and business continuity into a single enterprise framework supporting mission-critical fintech operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise operational resilience initiatives.
- Develop digital risk management frameworks.
- Strengthen cybersecurity governance across financial platforms.
- Oversee fraud prevention and operational monitoring.
- Direct enterprise business continuity planning.
- Coordinate technology risk assessments.
- Build executive dashboards for enterprise risk reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations teams.
- Lead crisis response and incident management.
- Promote a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or Finance.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise cybersecurity.
- Strong executive leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
