As the Director of Digital Identity & Financial Access Technology, you will lead initiatives that modernize customer verification, streamline digital onboarding journeys, and build secure identity frameworks supporting millions of users across regional and international markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
Identity Platform Strategy
- Develop enterprise digital identity architecture.
- Modernize customer onboarding processes.
- Improve identity lifecycle management.
- Strengthen authentication frameworks.
- Enhance customer accessibility.
Innovation
- Introduce AI-assisted identity verification.
- Improve digital customer experiences.
- Support intelligent workflow automation.
- Drive continuous platform modernization.
- Promote enterprise innovation.
Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and product leaders.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Mentor future technology leaders.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fintech, identity technologies, enterprise software, or digital banking.
- Strong leadership experience within technology organizations.
