As Director — AI-Driven Financial Intelligence, Risk Automation & Enterprise Decision Systems, you will lead the design and deployment of intelligent financial decision frameworks across risk, fraud, lending, payments, and customer lifecycle systems.
You will define how AI is operationalized within regulated financial environments.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-wide AI decision architecture for financial operations.
- Develop predictive risk, fraud, and anomaly detection systems.
- Lead automation strategies across financial decision pipelines.
- Define governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment.
- Integrate machine learning models into production financial systems.
- Build real-time financial intelligence dashboards for executive decision-making.
- Enhance customer lifecycle prediction and behavioral modeling systems.
- Drive optimization of approval, onboarding, and transaction processes.
- Establish experimentation frameworks for AI performance improvement.
- Coordinate across data science, engineering, compliance, and product teams.
Required Experience
- 10–14 years in fintech, AI systems, data engineering, financial risk, or digital banking transformation.
- Strong experience with large-scale analytics or AI implementation programs.
- Exposure to regulated financial environments or enterprise risk systems.
- Deep understanding of decision systems and automation pipelines.
