Executive Purpose
We are seeking an accomplished Director — Digital Wealth Platforms, Investment Technology & Financial Product Innovation to lead the strategic evolution of technology-enabled wealth and investment services.
This executive position is focused on creating digital financial products that combine investment technology, customer intelligence, automation, financial analytics and sophisticated digital experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, shaping product portfolios and establishing the commercial and technological direction of next-generation WealthTech platforms.
Strategic Responsibilities

Define the long-term strategy for digital wealth and investment technology.

Establish product portfolios aligned with evolving customer expectations.

Identify opportunities for technology-enabled investment services.

Lead development of digital investment experiences and financial platforms.

Evaluate AI applications across financial analysis and customer personalization.

Develop strategies for automated financial-information and decision-support tools.

Analyze customer behavior and identify emerging investment-product opportunities.

Establish product economics and commercial-performance frameworks.

Direct market research and competitive intelligence across WealthTech.

Develop partnerships with financial-technology and technology providers.

Coordinate product, engineering, analytics, UX and commercial teams.

Establish product-development priorities based on customer and market intelligence.

Develop business cases for new digital financial propositions.

Monitor adoption, engagement, revenue and retention across product portfolios.

Establish innovation programs for emerging investment technologies.

Present strategic recommendations and investment cases to senior leadership.

12+ years of experience in fintech, WealthTech, investment technology, digital banking or financial-services strategy.

Significant experience leading financial-product or technology portfolios.

Strong understanding of investment products and digital financial ecosystems.

Excellent commercial and financial-analysis capabilities.

Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Strong product strategy and innovation experience.

Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Success Measures
Performance will be measured through product adoption, assets or transaction growth where applicable, customer engagement, revenue contribution, product-development velocity, innovation output and successful commercialization of new digital financial products.
