Role Summary
The Digital Payments Product Analyst will support the development and optimization of payment products by analyzing transaction data, user behavior, and market trends. This role bridges product development and data analytics, ensuring that payment solutions are efficient, competitive, and user-friendly.
Functional Responsibilities
Product Analysis
- Analyze payment product performance and user engagement metrics
- Identify areas for product improvement and feature enhancement
- Support product lifecycle management through data-driven insights
Market & Trend Evaluation
- Conduct research on digital payment trends within the GCC and globally
- Benchmark products against competitors and industry standards
- Provide recommendations for innovation and differentiation
Data & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Interpret transaction data to identify patterns and anomalies
- Present insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format
Operational Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations teams
- Assist in testing and launching new payment features
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Candidate Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech, product analysis, or financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
- Understanding of digital payments and financial systems
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to work in cross-functional remote teams
