Job Summary
A growing fintech-driven financial services initiative is seeking a Digital Lending Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end lending processes within a remote operating environment. The role focuses on managing digital loan origination systems, credit workflows, and customer lifecycle processes while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital lending operations, including application processing, underwriting coordination, and loan disbursement
- Oversee loan management systems and ensure smooth workflow execution across platforms
- Collaborate with credit analysts and risk teams to maintain robust underwriting standards
- Monitor loan performance, repayment trends, and delinquency metrics
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround time
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations applicable to digital lending in Saudi Arabia
- Develop operational dashboards and performance reports for senior stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lending operations, fintech, or banking
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and loan lifecycle management
- Familiarity with digital lending platforms and automated underwriting tools
- Ability to manage remote workflows and cross-functional teams
